Visited bexhill beach from London for the first time and during my walk along the promenade, came across this cafe. Was hungry & went for cod fish & chips with mushy peas and curry sauce & damn, it was tasty. Cafe had a lovely vibe with friendly staff. Not sure about some of the other negative comments but my experience was good & will return again. Kindly support good family businesses as always.
Decided to visit before going back to Plymouth. Arrived almost 1600 due to train delay, managed to buy take away from the window because the cafe is already close. Never expected they allowed me to go inside for quick tour. They are so nice and very accommodating. I will definitely go back here soon. The coffee is so nice and the place is giving me Keane vibe. shoutout to these lovely people.
Lovely little cafe by the seaside where Keane did their musical video Sovereign Light Cafe. The staff, a young man who attended me was very nice and the place was worth a visit if you’re a fun of Keane. P.s: Tom Chaplin said in his recent interview that Sovereign Light Cafe was the best single of Keane :)
We arrived just as the inside closed unfortunately as we came to visit due to being crazy keane fans. However the weather was beautiful and still having outside service was great. We didn't eat but had coffee and tea but the food someone was eating next to us looked gorgeous. Staff really friendly and didn't rush us.

Had a sausage and chips from here with the wife. It was perfectly cooked. Filled the hole perfectly. The bacon sandwich I saw another customer demolish looked good too.
